Accept responsibility for your content and the consequences of sharing it.

Flirta does not conduct criminal background checks or guarantee users’ identity or intentions. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.
You agree to:
Exercise caution when meeting users offline.
Never share financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.
Report suspicious users or activities to Flirta immediately.
Flirta is not responsible for user behavior, harm, or losses suffered from interactions on or off the platform.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Paid Services.
